Appointment Cancellation Policy
Life is crazy sometimes - we get it. We're happy to reschedule or cancel sessions if your plans change. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you please give us 24 hours advance notice to ensure you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given or you don't show up for your scheduled appointment, we will not refund any deposits or prepayments that you have made.
